Parenting Practitioners' Reference Library
Members of Parenting UK are welcome to arrange an appointment to visit the Parenting Practitioners’ Reference Library, built up in partnership with colleagues at the Family and Parenting Institute. The library is a unique and growing collection of over 2000 resources on topics related to parenting education and support.
As well as books, journals, research reports and Government policy documents, it includes the primary UK collection of parent and parent practitioner training programmes and their assessments. Members can download the assessments from the Members area of our website.
If you have a specific enquiry, the information staff can carry out individual searches on your behalf. The service can provide recommended reading lists, subject bibliographies, and details of key organisations working in your areas of interest. This professional service has many years of experience in providing information to a variety of practitioners, researchers and policy-makers, and aims to answer all enquiries within three days.
Please email the Information Service for more details or phone 020 7284 8389.
