The Library is open to members by appointment and provides a central and welcoming space for research.
The Library was built up in partnership with colleagues at the Family and Parenting Institute and named in honour of Richard Evans, the benefactor of the Artemis Trust, the first funder of Parenting UK. Richard Evans and his late wife, Gai, made an indispensible contribution to making available services that are respectful of parents and children.
We also have a collection of resources available for hire. They are relevant to both parents and practitioners and include books, av materials, leaflets and course literature. They can be used at conferences, seminars, community centres, parenting or parent toddler groups, children's centres and so on

The library catalogue is a work in progress and is continually being updated. Most of the entries give full details of the resource, including a summary, but there are a few resources that are listed with basic information only. These are in the process of being updated. If you require more information on a resource, or know of something that you think ought to be included please email us
