Bespoke training available
With a special emphasis on increasing the understanding and confidence of professionals who work with African Caribbean and BME fathers, children, young people and families. This course provides practical skills and awareness around the theory of fatherhood.

The Race Equality Foundation offers training to facilitate the Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communites (SFSC) parenting programme, as well as development training for SFSC Facilitators. The programme aims to raise the consciousness of parents and help families develop or promote strong ethnic and cultural roots, including: positive parent-child relationships; a range of life skills; self-esteem; self-discipline and social competence, and an ability to access community resources.
