Transform Living With Teenagers will raise awareness of what is happening for you and your teenager and provide ways to improve relationships and behaviour. This course answers the concerns that parents of teenagers have and will help you to cope with difficult behaviour. It builds confidence in your ability to parent your teens and will help create a smoother transition from child to adult.
This course contains video, audio and exercises to fill in on screen and on paper. You will need an email address, reasonably fast internet access, and a printer to print out the worksheets. Access is possible via mobile devices, however screen displays may vary.
