Family Support Project Worker

Description: As a Project Worker you will help prevent the break up of the family and enable children to remain at home through the delivery of holistic family focused programmes. You'll support parents to build upon their strengths and improve their parenting capacity and work in partnership with other professionals to ensure the welfare of the child. You must have experience of working with children and young people in a family support service setting and experience of partnership working. It is essential that you possess a current driving licence and have the use of a car to meet the requirements of the post.
